These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at njbusinessai.com (the "Site") and any products, downloads, or services NJ Business AI ("we," "us," "our") offers through the Site. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

NJ Business AI is a New Jersey-based firm that builds websites, AI voice receptionists, AI chat agents, and related automation for small businesses, including personal injury law firms. Contact information is at the bottom of this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase a product. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and digital goods

We offer information products, downloadable guides, audits, consultations, and implementation services. The specifics of what is included in each product are described on the page where the product is offered.

Digital products such as the 2026 AI Intake Buyer's Guide are delivered electronically (typically by email and through Stripe's automated fulfillment) immediately or shortly after a successful purchase.

4. Payment, billing, and Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. NJ Business AI does not store, process, or transmit your full payment card number, CVV, or expiration date. Card data is collected and held by Stripe under their own privacy policy and terms.

By placing an order you authorize NJ Business AI (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total at checkout, including any optional upgrades you selected. Stripe sends an automated receipt by email immediately after a successful charge.

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price in effect at the time you complete a purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

5. Refund policy

NJ Business AI offers a 30-day refund window on most products. To request a refund, you must email refunds@njbusinessai.com from the email address used at checkout, within 30 calendar days of your order date, and include the order reference from your Stripe receipt.

Refund requests received outside the 30-day window, or sent through any channel other than email to the dedicated refunds address, are not eligible and will not be processed.

Eligible refunds are issued through Stripe to the same payment method used for purchase. Once issued, your bank or card issuer typically posts the refund within 5 to 10 business days. NJ Business AI does not control that timing.

6. License and acceptable use

When you purchase a digital product such as the AI Intake Buyer's Guide, NJ Business AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the product for your own internal business or professional purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Resell, republish, distribute, or share the product with anyone outside your firm;
• Post the product in whole or in substantial part on any public website, file-sharing service, or social network;
• Use the product to develop or train competing AI vendor scorecards or buyer's guides;
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, attribution, or version markers from the product; or
• Use the Site or any product to violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA").

7. Intellectual property

The Site, all content on it, and all NJ Business AI products are owned by NJ Business AI or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The trademarks and trade names of third parties referenced in NJ Business AI products (for example, the names of vendors evaluated in the AI Intake Buyer's Guide) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Not legal advice

NJ Business AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Content on the Site and in our products, including any commentary on the TCPA, attorney-client privilege, NJ bar advertising rules, or conflict-check workflows, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Use of the Site or our products does not create an attorney-client relationship. You should consult with your own qualified counsel before acting on any of the information we provide.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and all NJ Business AI products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJ Business AI disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJ Business AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site or any product. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
