Privacy Policy
New Jersey Business AI ("NJBAI," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect when you use this site or our services, how we use it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details you submit through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, optional notes).
- Project details you share with us during scoping calls and engagements.
- Demo input — anything you type into the on-site chat agent or the AIO checker, and any voice input we capture during a voice demo.
- Executive Voice Agent samples — for the Executive Voice Agents service we deliver, outbound call audio and transcripts are recorded and retained on the same schedule as other demo data (see Retention below). All calls are disclosed to the recipient at the start.
Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device class). We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool, not third-party ad networks.
- Cookies, only for what the site needs to function. No advertising cookies.
Payment information
- When you make a purchase, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your full card number, CVV, and expiration date are entered directly into a Stripe-hosted iframe and are transmitted to Stripe over an encrypted connection. NJ Business AI does not store, process, or transmit your full card details and never sees them.
- We receive only the limited information Stripe shares back with us about a successful purchase: the order amount, your name, billing email, and the Stripe order reference. We use this to confirm the order, deliver the product, and respond to refund or support requests.
- Stripe maintains its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance for cardholder data.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule conversations.
- To deliver the services you have hired us for.
- To send occasional client updates (you can opt out anytime).
- To improve the site, the demos, and the way our agents respond.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share it with ad networks.
- We do not train public AI models on your private business data.
Sharing
We use a small set of vendors to run our business and we only share with them what they need to do their job:
- Stripe, Inc. processes payments. Your card details are entered directly into a Stripe-hosted iframe; we receive only the limited transaction information Stripe shares back with us. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google (Workspace and Calendar) is used for email and for the appointment-scheduling iframe on our order-confirmation page. If you book a call we see the time and the name and email you provide to Google.
- SendGrid (Twilio) sends transactional and broadcast email on our behalf.
- Hosting + analytics: the site runs on infrastructure operated by NexVerto, and we use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not share data with ad networks.
These vendors are bound by their own privacy commitments and the data we share with each is limited to what is necessary for the function above. We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing or advertising.
Your client data
If you are a client and we operate a chat agent, voice agent, or custom system for you, the data that flows through that system belongs to your business, not ours. You can export or delete it on request.
Retention
Contact and project records are kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period after. Demo transcripts (chat, voice, and Executive Voice Agent samples) are kept up to 90 days, then deleted.
Your rights
Email hello@njbusinessai.com to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, hosted on reputable infrastructure, least-privilege access). If a breach affects your data, we will notify you within a reasonable time after we discover it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, active clients will get an email. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
